Fall PSL Waffles

Fall PSL Waffles
What screams Fall more than PSL?! That’s right, we put an honest spin 😉 on the famous Pumpkin Spice Latte by turning it into an unreal waffle recipe. And the best part, you can drench these fluffy breakfast heroes in your tbh maple syrup to bring them to the next level.

Ingredients

PSL Waffle
2 cups all purpose flour
¼ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 & 1/2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 & 1/2 cup Non-Dairy Milk
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp tbh
tbh Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup tbh Spread

Directions

  1. Preheat the waffle iron.
  2. In a small bowl, make your buttermilk by combining the milk and vinegar.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together.
  4. Add the sugar, the milk mixture, oil, pumpkin puree, and vanilla into the dry goods.
  5. Stir together, just until everything comes together. Lumps are totally normal and should be there. Do NOT overmix or the waffles won't be fluffy.
  6. Spray your waffle iron with oil and place enough in the waffle iron to spread to the edges. Add 1 teaspoon of TBH and use a toothpick to swirl.
  7. Cook until no more steam is coming from the waffle iron, about 6-8 minutes depending on waffle size. If there is still steam, the waffle is still cooking.
  8. Make the maple syrup by combining the two ingredients in a bowl and whisking until smooth.
  9. When the waffles finish cooking, remove and serve with butter and the TBH maple syrup.
